Getting started
How long does a typical build take?
Two weeks is the standard for an AI-powered website build. Bigger custom systems (full support automation, CRM integration, multi-channel comms) typically run 3–4 weeks. We'll agree the timeline on the Discovery Call before any money changes hands.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
Not even a little. The whole point of working with us is that you stay focused on running your business. We handle the build, the hosting, the AI infrastructure, and we train your team to manage day-to-day on a simple dashboard.
What if I already have a website?
We can either rebuild it from scratch or layer AI features (chat, lead capture, booking) onto what you've got. We'll work out which is the better call on the Discovery Call. Sometimes existing sites are fine and just need AI plumbed in.
Pricing
How much does a project cost?
Every build is bespoke, but for ballpark: most projects land between £5k and £25k AUD/USD equivalent. There's no hourly rate or hidden retainer. Flat project price agreed up front. The Discovery Call is free and zero-pressure.
Is there ongoing cost after the build?
Two things only: hosting + AI usage (which we pass through at cost, usually under £50/mo for small businesses) and an optional optimisation retainer if you want continuous tuning. Plenty of clients don't take the retainer and run fine on their own after the build.
How AI actually works
What AI models do you use?
Mostly Claude (Anthropic) and GPT (OpenAI). Which one we pick depends on the job. Claude tends to be better for thoughtful customer support and content, GPT is often stronger for structured data and code. For most clients we use Claude Haiku because it's fast, cheap, and excellent for the work.
Will the AI make mistakes?
Sometimes, same as a human team member. The difference is we build escalation flows so anything the AI isn't certain about gets handed cleanly to your team with full context. In practice, the AI handles 60 to 80 percent of routine work and your team only sees the meaningful exceptions.
How do you handle customer data?
Customer data stays in your systems. We don't store it on third-party AI training datasets. We use API access only (no model training on your data) and all messages are processed and discarded. Full data handling spec walked through on the call.

Yes. We've built for affiliate platforms, property, fitness, dental, legal, trades, restaurants, salons, and real estate. The underlying playbook is the same. We tailor the tone, the offers, the FAQs and the workflow to your specific business.
Can you build just the AI chat without a whole website?
Yep. The chat, the support system, the lead capture, the sales sequences. Any of them as standalone builds. The website is just our most common entry point because it's the highest-leverage starting place.
Do I own the system after it's built?
Completely. Code, content, AI configuration, customer data are all yours, on infrastructure you control. We don't lock anyone in. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, we hand over everything.
